Supplied structurally complete and cladded on the outside with a completely bare internal shell. Windows and doors are fitted as standard ensuring that the structure is watertight on delivery.

Our full turnkey solution for customers wanting to use their buildings as quickly as possible with minimal on-site work.

We have a range of quality interiors such as our Coastal and Contemporary themes however we also offer a bespoke solution where required. Our fully fitted units are equipped with central heating, toilets, showers and lighting with optional eco and technology upgrade packs.

CLEVER BUILDING TECHNOLOGY

All of our buildings are built from SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) which we manufacture in our own factory.

SIPs are one of the most environmentally responsible building systems available. Our buildings provide continuous insulation, are extremely airtight, allows for better control over indoor air quality, reduces construction waste, and help to save natural resources. Life cycle analysis has shown that SIPs buildings have a tremendous positive environmental impact by reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions throughout the life cycle of the building.
